Francesco is an authentic Italian Chef.
Born and raised in the local tradition of Calabria - South Italy.
Growing up with farmed fresh and healthy foods. Francesco developed his passion for fresh ingredients, foods, recipes and cooking the way his family cooks.
He worked in a few restaurants in Calabria and then moved to London at the age of 22. London food scene in 2006 involved Francesco in working with master Chefs and cooking improved his skills into a Modern European Cuisine.
Francesco’s ambition led him to California in 2012 and worked as Chef de Cuisine in Los Angeles at “Osteria Angelini”.
He is currently based in the North Bay Area of San Francisco where he worked and contributed in the opening of “Valenti& Co” an Italian restaurant with northern Italian cuisine influences in San Anselmo.
He is the business owner of “LasagnaToday“ established in April 2020 during the Pandemic.
He embraces the local way of being by getting closer to the sustainable farms in the area
He is very passionate about food and cooking and maintains the tradition of his Italian cuisine enjoining a similar beautiful environment here in Marin County.
It is his pleasure to share his culinary talent with all of you bringing his concept of Lasagna’s to have an authentic and fresh product accessible for families and to give a “Take & Bake” experience at home.

We are a brand new business establish in April 2020 during the Pandemic.
Our Concept is to have an authentic and fresh product accessible to everyone, we also want to provide a ''Take & Bake'' experience for your family & friends.
As a new business we love to improve and evolve our Lasagna Stories! We use eco-friendly & compostable paper bags, cups & container from ''World Centric''. We like to contribute for a better World respecting our planet.
